Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions apply to gift vouchers issued by Sunshine Thai Massage SARL.
1. Issuer

2. Ordering a Gift Voucher
A gift voucher may be requested through the website or directly from the salon.
Submitting the online request form does not automatically confirm the order.
The gift voucher order is confirmed after the salon has received and verified the required payment.
Customers must provide accurate contact, recipient and delivery information.
3. Payment
Gift vouchers must be paid in full before they are issued or delivered.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, the customer should use the requested payment reference so that the salon can identify the payment.
The purchaser is responsible for any bank charges associated with the transfer.
4. Voucher Information
The gift voucher will normally state:
- The voucher value or selected treatment
- The date of issue
- The expiry date or validity period
- A voucher number or other identifying information
- Any specific restrictions that apply
5. Validity Period
Unless a longer period is stated on the voucher, gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.
The treatment or service must normally be received before the expiry date.
Customers are responsible for booking sufficiently early before the expiry date. Appointment availability near the expiry date cannot be guaranteed.
6. Redeeming a Gift Voucher
The original gift voucher or valid voucher information must be presented when booking or attending the appointment.
The salon may request the voucher number, purchaser’s name, recipient’s name or other reasonable information to verify the voucher.
A voucher may only be redeemed once, except where the salon expressly allows the remaining balance to be used later.
7. Appointment Booking
Holding a gift voucher does not automatically reserve an appointment.
Appointments remain subject to availability and must be booked separately.
Customers should mention the gift voucher when making the booking.
8. Treatment and Price Changes
Where the voucher is issued for a monetary value, it may be used as payment towards eligible services provided by Sunshine Thai Massage SARL.
Where a voucher names a specific treatment, the salon will normally provide that treatment.
If the treatment is no longer available or its price has changed, the original amount paid for the voucher may be applied towards another available treatment.
The customer must pay any difference where the selected treatment costs more than the available voucher value.
9. Remaining Balance
Where the selected service costs less than the available voucher value, the salon may:
- Keep the remaining balance available on the voucher for later use;
- Issue a replacement voucher or written credit for the remaining amount; or
- Refund the remaining value where required or agreed.
The applicable option will be communicated by the salon and remains subject to mandatory consumer law.
10. Cash Exchange
Gift vouchers are not intended to be exchanged for cash except where a cash refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Sunshine Thai Massage SARL.
11. Cancellation and Withdrawal Rights
Consumers purchasing a gift voucher online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, the purchaser must contact Sunshine Thai Massage SARL within the applicable period.

The right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the voucher has been fully redeemed or where performance has begun at the consumer’s express request in circumstances permitted by law.
12. Postal Delivery
Where postal delivery is requested, the customer must provide a complete and accurate postal address.
Any postage or delivery charge will be displayed or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Sunshine Thai Massage SARL is not responsible for delays caused by the postal provider or for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
13. Collection at the Salon
Where salon collection is selected, the purchaser will be informed when the voucher is ready.
The salon may request proof of identity, order details or payment confirmation when the voucher is collected.
14. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers
Gift vouchers should be treated carefully.
A lost, stolen or damaged voucher may only be replaced where Sunshine Thai Massage SARL can reasonably verify:
- The original purchase;
- The voucher number or order information;
- The remaining voucher value; and
- That the voucher has not already been redeemed.
Replacement cannot be guaranteed where the voucher cannot be identified or verified.
15. Transfer to Another Person
Unless the voucher states otherwise, a gift voucher may normally be transferred to another person.
The voucher may not be resold commercially or used for unauthorised promotional purposes.
16. Fraud and Misuse
Sunshine Thai Massage SARL may refuse or suspend a voucher where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, duplication, alteration, unauthorised use or non-payment.
Photocopying, modifying or duplicating a voucher does not create an additional valid voucher.
17. Appointment Cancellations and No-Shows
Appointments booked using a gift voucher remain subject to the salon’s appointment cancellation conditions.
Late cancellation or failure to attend may result in all or part of the voucher value being treated as used, provided that the applicable cancellation condition was communicated to the customer.
18. Refusal or Discontinuation of Treatment
The salon may refuse or stop a treatment where this is reasonably necessary for health, safety or behavioural reasons.
Inappropriate, threatening, abusive or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Sunshine Thai Massage SARL provides professional wellness massage only and does not provide erotic or sexual services.
19. Refunds
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer law.
Outside any statutory right, refunds are subject to agreement with Sunshine Thai Massage SARL and the circumstances of the request.
Any approved refund will normally be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
20. Business Closure or Inability to Provide Services
If Sunshine Thai Massage SARL permanently ceases trading or is unable to provide the services covered by an unused voucher, customers retain any rights available under applicable consumer law.
21. Personal Data
Personal data relating to gift voucher requests is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

23. Applicable Law
These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.
